Is the 1.49 charge monthly charge for caller tunes? Then we have to buy seperate tunes for additional fees? Right now they gave me some Vanessa Carlton tune, will they give more free tunes?

I have an old computer with windows 2000 and i'm using windows media player and evertime when i insert a blank cd the media player doesn't recognize the cd to let me download songs so i'm wondering if theres a special program that i need or something.
